A Few Ordering Do's and Don'ts
DO:
- Include your name, billing address, shipping address (if different), a contact phone number, and e-mail address (if applicable). If any of these vital items are missing, we will not ship the order.
- Read through the Ordering, Shipping, and OffensiveTees.com Policy pages thoroughly prior to placing an order. Familiarity with the way things are done will lead to a much more enjoyable shopping experience.
- Feel free to call us, should you have any questions/concerns (1-800-772-9175)
DON'T:
- Mail/E-mail an order request asking to be billed. i.e. a C.O.D. order.
- Send multiple e-mails requesting the same information. Personal responses to each individual e-mail we recieve take time, but each is answered in the order it is recieved. Any more than one simply slows down response time for both your request and those of other customers.
- Attempt to place fraudulent orders. Credit Card Fraud is a VERY serious crime. Regardless of the circumstances, we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. There are no warnings; no second chances. If found guilty, you will be going to jail.
How To Return/Exchange An Item
OffensiveTees.com offers a full 30 Day refund/exchange on all non-custom merchandise. For your convenience, please make yourself familiar with the OffensiveTees.com Policy page. Should your product fail to meet with your satisfaction, simply return the merchandise to:

- Include a note within the package, explaining the nature of your request. (i.e. alternative size, color, refund, etc.)
- We cannot accept a returned item if it has been washed or stained.
- If a return must be made due to an OffensiveTees.com error, Shipping and Handling for the return will be reimbursed in the form of a check or credit to your purchasing credit card's account.
- Credits cannot be issued prior to reciept of merchandise.
