1. OffensiveTees.com offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, send it back for an exchange or refund. Note: We cannot accept returned merchandise that has been washed or is otherwise in unsaleable condition.

2. Items ordered that are inappropriately sized can be exchanged for a better fitting item with just a phone call 1-800-772-9175.

3. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise, unless the item was returned because of an OffensiveTees.com error.

4. By ordering, customers take full legal responsibility for all items ordered. This includes age, shipping and possession.

5. All orders are processed within 24hrs. and shipped UPS Ground (International orders sent U.S. Priority mail unless requested otherwise. Excluding Weekends and Holidays). However, we are required to ask that you wait 7-10 business days for delivery.
